Prep+Cook Time: 30 min
2 Onions, chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Apple (large), chopped
1/4 c. Milk (or enough for desired creamy consistency)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Garlic Powder
salt, pepper to taste

- Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic until onions are soft and translucent, about 10 min.
- Peel and chop apples and toss in 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- When potatoes are done, drain water. Mash potatoes and add in milk, onion mixture, potatoes, rest of the cinnamon, and the other seasonings.
