by Bradley When you're in need of a quick side dish these beans are perfect. This Asian inspired recipe combines a little bit of sweet and spicy with the savory goodness of green beans and onions. Don't feel limited to only enjoying this dish with Asian cuisine, it is a great compliment to most dinners.

by Katherine Apples and potatoes go lovely together so one day it came to me to put apples in mashed potatoes. I'm generally not a huge fan of mashed potatoes. I tend to like side dishes on the chunky side. So the apples in the mashed potatoes, here, add a great texture contrast, with the crispy raw apples accompanying the creamy potatoes. It's a wonderful fall dish and another awesome sweet/savory mash-up with, of course, heavenly apples!
by Katherine This recipe is an awesome vegetarian meal! The sweet potato burgers turned out really well and held together nicely. The burgers and sauce were bursting with flavor and the best news is, these are really healthy!!

by Bradley We were looking to eat a hearty meal full of fall veggies that we had on hand so I came up with the idea for this hash. I threw in some Kielbasa because who doesn't like sausage in their hash? The seasoning measurements aren't exact but don't worry too much about it, season with salt and pepper at every step and you'll do just fine!
by Katherine Baked goods fresh out of the oven are like crack! Especially yeasty breads that include cinnamon or cheese. So when I made my Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread again this season, I went crazy and devoured 2/3 of it in one sitting! Oops! But boy was it delicious, crunchy on the top and ooey gooey on the insides, cinnamon oozing everywhere! Really though, this stuff is meant to be eaten fresh out of the oven!
by Bradley So with Katherine around everything gets apples! I'm not complaining though, I love cooking with what's in season and fall screams apples. This fancy cheeseburger will blow you away with the harmonious flavors of apple and butternut squash combined in a traditional beef patty along side an aioli for either the sweet tooth or the savory fanatic - and to top it all off, melted brie!
by Katherine I love pumpkin soup; it just tastes and smells like fall. So, I knew it was time that I tried to master one myself (this one being butternut squash, also very fall appropriate). The great thing about this recipe is the consistency. I think recipes often call for too much stock, which makes the soup too thin. But this one is thick and creamy, the right ratio of squash to stock. The whipped whipping cream helps too! It turned out well and the flavor was great, loved the hint of apple!
by Katherine Fall is my favorite time of year; the leaves are pretty, the air is crisp and cool, the pumpkins, the corn mazes, and best of all APPLES!! Apples speak to me; I can put them in any recipe and make it taste good. Baking is the obvious choice, but cooking savory items with apples is a real treat! And here is our first creation of the season: Grilled Apple Bun and Cheese Sandwiches! It came to me one day, grilling apples, just seemed like a genius idea. You really can grill anything, so do it! We used grilled apple slices as buns and threw some cheese in the center: YUM!
