Would We Come Back?
Definitely, excellent twists on traditional Spanish tapas and so many choices!
The sauteed pork with wild mushrooms was heavenly. The juices from both the meat and mushrooms soaked together to make heaven in your mouth and the nuts added a nice crunch. I'm not a huge sausage fan, but the thought of blood sausage with sweet potato and egg sounded very original. The sausage was unlike any other sausage I've had; it's basically black and crumbles once bitten. The flavor is strong, but the runniness of the egg helped to change the consistency into a whole new adventure.
