Our second day in Spain, we did a little day trip to Granada. The best way to get to Granada really is by bus rather than by train or plane. So we took the bus to Granada from Malaga. It was about a 2 hour trip and I passed the time by napping for most of the ride. We could buy our ticket the morning of the trip at the train station's ticket machines, making it quite convenient. Though, we had a tough time trying to pay with a credit card, so we just paid cash like pretty much everywhere else in Europe. I grabbed a quick Spanish tortilla at the station. The thought of it was amazing, but it was cold so it ended up being disappointing. When we got to the Granada bus station, we weren't exactly sure if we would taxi or bus to downtown because it was quite far away, definitely not walkable. But since everyone else was getting on a bus, we followed the crowd. The bus was, I think, less than 2 €, but even the taxis were less than 10 €, so really not that bad overall.
