Just to note, you can explore a lot of the Alhambra; it took us close to 4 hours and we didn't even have a tour guide or audio guide to listen to. However, there are also quite a few places that are blocked off. There are no mysterious passages that lead to who knows where. That's perhaps one of the the biggest downsides. But the Alhambra is still a great place to explore!
Ticket Cost: 14.30 €, you can buy tickets here
Ticket Times: Tickets are divided into morning (8:30am-2pm) and afternoon (2pm-8pm) slots. If you choose the afternoon, you can only enter after 2pm. You then choose a 30 min increment for when you will enter the Nasrid Palaces.
Hours: March 15-October 14: 8:30am-8pm
October 15-March 14: 8:30am-6pm
Time to self-tour: 3-4 hours
Walk up to the Alhambra: 20 min
Tips: Buy your tickets in advance!! They sell out, especially morning tickets. We suggest buying tickets at the very least a couple of weeks ahead of time, but even more in advance is advised. Audio tours are also available; we didn't do it, but we bet it would be a good addition.
