Makes: about 2.5 cups Prep Time: 10 min + Overnight in Fridge
2 8 oz. Containers of Greek Yogurt
3-4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
Salt, pepper to taste
- Grate cucumber into a bowl, save all juices.
- Add yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper. You may add less garlic, but the garlic really gives it flavor!
- Cover bowl and let sit in refrigerator overnight so that the flavors all soak together.
